Nex Pest Control built its Gem County reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Gem County pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Gem County repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Gem County's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Gem County homeowner finally picks up the phone.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Gem County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Gem County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Gem County homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Rodent Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Gem County rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Gem County property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Gem County calls get a same-day window. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. Ask any Gem County customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Gem County technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Gem County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Gem County customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Years of Gem County-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Gem County property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Gem County crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
